Muay Thai is known as the “Art of Eight Limbs,” or Thai boxing. Muay Thai is practiced throughout the world and is characterized by the use of two hands, two elbows, two knees, and two legs. It is the national sport of Thailand and is one of the most popular stand-up martial arts in the world.

Kickboxing

In the 70’s and 80’s Kickboxing in America was the standard of the fighting arts until the mid 80’s when Muay Thai showed up in our industry. Kickboxing  is the foundation in stand-up fighting in the martial arts discipline that incorporates boxing hands, all leg kicking combinations, checking and counter technics, We incorporate Japanese K1 style, Dutch-style, and Karate, with elements of Muay Thai.
